Legacy, history, preservation, & heritage
The American Preservation Dog Registry was formed by a group of veteran dog people to not only preserve, but to celebrate the American Pit Bull Terrier and other working breeds. We strive to be a registry that works to preserve working breeds by hosting events designed to highlight both the conformation and workability of the breeds.
Family atmosphere
We provide an outlet to gather and enjoy our chosen breed with like-minded individuals by offering shows where people are recognized for their work with their animals.
Preserving the past while building the future
We also encourage the preservation of working dogs by tracking lineage and ethical breeding practices.
